Welcome! This forum exists to support conversations around gaming, streaming, tech, and content hosted on cyberdemon.xyz. Keep it welcoming, useful, and drama‑free. Moderators enforce these rules at their discretion. Repeated or serious violations can lead to a ban.

Applies to: all threads, posts, replies, profiles, and media.
Language: English only.

1) Be respectful

• Attack ideas, not people. No harassment, slurs, threats, or dogpiling.
• Assume good faith and argue the point, not the person.

2) Stay on topic

• Threads must relate to gaming, streaming, tech, or CyberD3m0n content.
• Off‑topic life updates, politics unrelated to gaming, or general rants may be removed.
• Site/page change suggestions belong in the Site Feedback category (or the page’s comment area if applicable).

3) No personal data or doxxing

• Don’t share your own or anyone else’s private info (names, addresses, IDs, DMs, screenshots without consent, etc.).

4) No NSFW or fetish content

• Pornographic, sexual, or sexually suggestive content is not allowed. This includes “borderline” bait.

5) No spam, self‑promo, or advertising

• Don’t mass-post, repeatedly bump, or cross-post the same content.
• Promoting your channel/discord/website is only allowed in designated promo threads (if/when available) and must include real value (context, discussion points).
• Engagement farming (likes/follows/upvotes-only posts) is removed.

6) Media must invite discussion

• Posts that consist only of images, memes, clips, or fan art require context, such as a question, analysis, or talking point.
• Low‑effort “look at this” with no discussion gets removed.

7) No piracy or illegal links

• Don’t share or request cracks, ROMs, paid asset dumps, or other illegal/unauthorized downloads.

8) No impersonation or plagiarism

• Don’t pose as staff, creators, or other users.
• Credit creators when sharing their work; don’t claim others’ work as your own.

9) Thread quality & duplicates

• Use search before posting; redundant or repetitive threads may be merged or removed.
• Roleplay, “rate me,” “what should I do with my life,” and personal diary threads are off‑topic here.
• Misinformation (e.g., fake “leaks,” invented “canon,” random dates presented as facts) may be removed.

10) Categories, tags, and titles

• Choose the most accurate category and tags.
• Mis-tagging to gain visibility counts as spam and may result in penalties.

11) Necroposting & archiving

• Threads with no activity for 7 days may be locked to prevent necroposting and off‑topic drift.
• Media (especially real-person photos) may be removed to protect privacy.

12) Reporting & moderation

• Use the Report function instead of fighting in‑thread.
• Don’t abuse reports; frivolous reporting can lead to action on your account.

13) Enforcement ladder (typical)

• 1) Gentle reminder → 2) Formal warning → 3) Temp mute/lock → 4) Temp ban → 5) Permanent ban.
• Ban evasion = instant re‑ban. Prior history matters.

14) Appeals

• If you believe a moderation action was in error, contact the moderators once with context and links. Re‑litigating in public threads may be removed.
